I have just spent 2 days and 7 phone calls trying to get test results and an appointment and had my calls cut off by the surgery after 5 minutes when nobody in reception has answered .What has happened to this once efficient surgery ?

Suggested improvements
At the moment ? just about everything should be done better ! This practice has gone rapidly downhill !
