It’s normally very hard to get an appointment either on phone or face to face appointment , the receptionist was very polite and very helpful
Suggested improvements
I know there is covid issues everywhere but I would love to see more of having face to face appointments due to my health conditions as they can’t see u whilst ur speaking to them in the phone
