The Doctors at this surgery are good but are frequently leaving this surgery. The Surgery started out well with good intentions a few years back but recently the problem is not enough staff on the reception at the most busiest times leaving elderly patients having to queue up for some time which isn't acceptable and patients returning from seeing the Doctors returning back to the reception to make a further appointment forming another queue adding to the confusion of two separate queues which makes Patients unnecessarily annoyed.This is where improvement is needed.Its also hard to get to see the same doctor so you have to repeat yourself on your notes to each one.Some of the Receptionists are also in need of Customer Care Skills training but this could be done to the pressure of job.
