I am a new patient of Dr Ruell - having recently moved to Grange to be near my son who has been a patient of hers for many years. She has made my move easier by the care she has given me. Surgery visits were planned and hospital referrals. I do no think she could do much more to help and I am grateful for her care.

A doctor in surgery every day is first and foremost at Floorburgh. The doctors do not seem keen on looking at what one complains about!? When one rings surgery the message recorded is too long. The patients time is just s important as anyone else's. Being sent off to hospitals o be "looked at" etc. When the GP used to do it on the spot? Being expected to go to an ageing population! And practically no buses. No surgery at weekend? Or after 6 pm? No-one feels "secure" now-.
