Appointment times rarely on time, sometimes 1/2 hr and later than allocated time.
- Referral are made promptly.
- Nurses are efficient and competent.
- One experience with receptionist where I feel she was insensitive about her handling of hospital information about myself - reporting results of a test over the phone which caused me confusion and left me feeling quite upset.
