The other reviews seem to be very critical of the surgery. Every time I have been there has been no issue getting an appointment. If you have a serious issue that should not involve you calling A+E straight away then you are likely to get an appointment on the day as long as it is not peak times. If you need a routine check up, the waiting list can be long depending on the time of year, but the surgery works well together to provide an efficient service.
On the other hand, I feel the doctors aren't asking their patients enough questions about their personal life. I went for a health check and I don't feel that the person examining me cared enough about my worries. I was also very confused about their instructions when picking up a prescription and giving in samples, but maybe that's just me being a bit dumb.
