The doctors are really good especially Dr lane and Dr Wright. The nurses are brilliant jenny and Julie especially. The receptionists can sometimes be a bit abrupt and I understand that it's busy there but they mmHg red to be a bit more patient on t h e phone

This practice goes from strength to strength. Easier than ever to get an appointment not always with usual GP but at least with someone. Easy to speak to usual GP on phone Online booking makes it possible to book in advance online prescriptions easy for repeats to appear as if by magic at the chemist of choice. Reception staff so much more friendly than they used to be. Now they are smiley cheerful and try to remember names and discrete enquiries as to current health. Impressive.

Not always possible to get an appointment with a specific doctor or other staff member, but never had a problem getting an appointment with someone. I have never felt hurried when attending an appointment and I feel that I am listened to. The staff I have met have all been professional and I feel that my needs are considered. I was worried that having moved into the area after a long period at another surgery that the standard of care would fall, and that in some ways I would have to rebuild a working relationship with my new Surgery. I needn't have worried.
