Not always possible to get an appointment with a specific doctor or other staff member, but never had a problem getting an appointment with someone.
I have never felt hurried when attending an appointment and I feel that I am listened to.
The staff I have met have all been professional and I feel that my needs are considered. I was worried that having moved into the area after a long period at another surgery that the standard of care would fall, and that in some ways I would have to rebuild a working relationship with my new Surgery. I needn't have worried.
