Very difficult to book appointment if you are working as unable to prebook for a couple of days ahead, have to phone at 8.30am on day which is no use when already left to commute to work and need to arrange cover. Do you stay at home on the off chance of getting an appointment that day? Possibly think phone on day are done so that their surgery figures look better! On the whole most of the GPs and nurses are excellent. Receptionists could possibly do with some more customer service training and a smile goes a long way....
