Really disappointed in the service from parson drove surgery
Reception staff very rude and unhelpful,
Can never get an appointment, when you do it’s never with a doctor but a practitioner who then tells you l can’t deal with this you need to make an appointment to see your doctor,
Letters from hospital consultants never acted on, ie change of medications, or further tests that need to be done, resulting in condition getting worse when it could have been avoided if the appropriate action had been taken
The only decent one here are the nurses, sadly they can’t deal with anything even though they are expected to
This place needs a shake up and also needs an inspection as complaining to the practice manager falls on deaf ears

It’s about time that this practise was investigated
