Dr Brazier always takes the time to listen an does not make you feel like you are waisting his time. He will always help you come up with strategies of how to manage. Following my appointment today as I left I realised I had forgotten to ask fo a repeat prescription the receptionist kindly contacted him and he sorted it out for me. Just this small act of kindness made me feel that as a patient it was important to the receptionist and Dr Brazier that my needs were met and nothing was too much trouble.
