1 was so relieved to find this practice after struggling to get an appointment at my previous one. Following my registration as a patient there I was not invited to an initial consultation with the practice nurse nor even contacted by the surgery to confirm my registration, I found this very unsettling indeed so I did some searching and thankfully came across Parkwood Surgery. I have been to see two Doctors in 6 months at Parkwood and the treatment I received from all, including Reception staff, has been second to none. My initial contact with the Surgery was excellent and I was asked by the Receptionist if I had any concerns which of course I did. I was promised a doctor's call within the hour which is exactly what happened. This is an indication as to how well run this practice is and the treatment and respect shown by all is first class. It is suggested to offer constructive suggestions during this review on how to improve patient care but I think my personal experience speaks for itself. Thank you.
