I called early Monday morning for an urgent appointment as had rib pain and breathlessness. I was given a time within an hour of my call and was dealt with efficiently and politely.
After a hospital referral I needed to see the doctor after a week and called back to book a non urgent time but if I wanted to have seen the same doctor I would need to wait 5 weeks. However I was asked to call again in the morning to see if there had been any cancellations which I will do.
