I needed to see a particular doctor because I feel I have been fobbed off by some of the other doctors I've seen. I kept ring this morning but phone was engaged finally got the 'In the queue' message and was told I was would be waiting 7 minutes I actually was kept waiting 11 minutes. When I finally got through the receptionist said there was an appointment with him tomorrow at 9am. We are really short staffed at work and it is hard to get time off-and as my days off are Mondays it would have been too short notice. I didn't realise he now only works Tuesdays and this made me quite anxious, she offered me various other Tuesdays but these are no use. I asked for another doctor but his appointment was not until 21st December. I initially said yes but the changed my mind and the receptionist told me in a manner of speaking to hurry up because there were others waiting. I decided on the 15th December she told me the time and I didn't quite hear but she slammed the phone down on me. I had also needed to ask another question. This has left me feeling very upset.
