I just wanted to thank everyone at the practice, especially the reception staff, for making the whole experience of being ill much less stressful for me and my daughter: all staff were courteous and very helpful. Special thanks to Dr Epperlein as well, who prescribed antibiotics for my daughter over the phone which was convenient (because she organised it to be picked up within minutes).
