Have had the flu in the New Year and even though it is much better I have had a constant and persistent cough Tha doesn't go away.
I called today to make an appointment to have it checked and was told I would to wait 3 weeks before I can be seen.
This is totally appalling that we have to wait this long, we may as well go to a walk in clinic or as some people do is to go to an A&E. Not sure where is the Government pledge for a waiting time of no more than 7 days to be seen by a doctor.
What a mess and poor service by Parkside Practice.
