I phoned up at 2:00pm and got an emergency appointment for 5:00pm The receptionist I spoke to was helpful and professional. I was already booked in to see the nurse at 3:30 for an asthma review and she was very friendly and helpful which made me feel relaxed. At the end of the appointment she checked if the doctor I was booked in to see at 5:00 was free to save me from waiting around. I got to see the doctor straight away and she was also very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about me. Other staff I have seen and spoken to have also been friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this surgery.
