The practice has always seemed to be extremely accommodating where appointments are concerned. They do make an effort to see you quickly if you consider it an emergency; in this case you may not always get to choose the doctor you will see, but you will be seen. The receptionists are always very helpful, the doctors capable with a re-assuring manner. The practice is always keen to improve its effectiveness by adopting new technologies and has recently introduced internet access to manage appointments and repeat prescriptions. The interactive telephone service is also helpful without being frustrating. Overall, a busy but effective practice.
