I had an appointment at 8am and arrived at 7:45. The receptionist only allowed people with pre 8am appointment to sit inside. I had to wait in the cold with 2 others.
One of the patients was coughing badly in the cold and asked to be allowed in and eventually we were allowed in but told that it is not open till 8am.
