Had concerns about our 8yr olds health. Receptionist told us we needed to speak to her Hospital Consultant and would not let us speak to a GP despite my wife begging
I am also very concerned about the recent FCP Physio (private physio firm Surrey Physio) they have appointed. Physio friends from around the country have heard very negative things about the practice providing it. When friend physios and Drs saw the advice leaflet given to my wife last year (and still on the website today) they advised the content was 10yrs out of date.
