I popped into make an appointment to see the nurse and was given an appointment within an hour. I always received efficient and friendly service on the rare occasions I visit.

Good staff. Receptionist top class. Docs very good not too much flamel get on with the job. Chemist a bit iffy try your patience!

Consultation 9.0 am. Walk in hospital X Ray joints 10.00 am. Reported on same day. Follow up GP appointment arranged by surgery on same day. X Ray report added to on line patient notes same day.
It cannot get better than this.

Nothing always running late trying to send you to Carnforth to make up the numbers no follow up when waiting for results and when you ask practice manager for a reason she tells you to somewhere else if your not happy the receptionists are the worse I have had to deal with they are fine unless you are for help and they have no answers but once you see a doctor they are good.
