Excellent service at all levels. Reception, nurse and doctors. Online appointment system very useful Involvement in any treatment options, is excellent. Your views and concerns are listened to. Very professional and caring. Overwhelmingly positive experiences in dealings with this Surgery. Very Happy! However to help, here are 2 minor points, and hope by mentioning them, it allows reflection and possible improvements to an already excellent service: Once, approx 3 years ago, could have been made to feel more relaxed during a routine female test with the nurse. The previous nurse had been excellent at this. Talking and asking for patient views about this test and in particular how it had gone previously would have made this process easier. Waiting room areas a little tired in terms of decor, perhaps the nature of the building in Carnforth? Despite this cleanliness is very good.
