The app is great, but the number of appointments available is just embarassing. Next to none. The surgery needs to open longer hours each day and 7 days a week. Come on, move with the times! On the up side, the doctors are intelligent people, warm and competent. But the whole practice feels like it needs to go up a few gears and start much more ENERGETICALLY serving this part of Burgess Hill.

We are actively recruiting more clinical staff (GPs and nurses) as we are well aware of the current squeeze on appointment availability, apparent throughout the county, not just in this practice. Only with these increased resources are we able to provide the service that we envisage and strive for, and mirrors your request.
