The medical treatment I have had recently from Dr Nat and from Dr Liz Fisher has been of the best - real care and attention. And for this I am extremely grateful. However, trying to get an appointment is a nightmare and being told that I have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment with my designated doctor (I am over 75) is really not good enough. As for the alternative of hanging on the phone for 30 - 40 minutes when calling in at 8.0am, for an earlier appointment, is simply not acceptable. I know it is a large and busy practice but can I suggest that its management needs to take a long, hard look at the appointment system. There must be a better way which leaves me, as a patient, feeling 'wanted' in the best sense of that word.
