There’s a lot to love about Park Surgery (and notably great GP’s, including Dr Potiphar and Dr Jende.) Getting triaged for a same day GP callback is a great service but, to access this, you are expected to offer up some sometimes sensitive information to ‘care gateway’ staff (presumably receptionists rather than medically trained personnel?)

More transparency about what training the telephone triage/ first-point-of-contact team have undertaken would provide some reassurance. You have a regular, very good newsletter communicating with your service users- maybe use it to help us understand?
