I have had 3 dealings with the surgery. One at registration - complete shambles as had lost my registration forms. One appointment with Doctor - Doctor great but waited 25 minutes for appointment. One with Nurse - arrived, checked in, waited (sitting alone with reception staff walking past me) in waiting room, after 30 minutes I checked when I was likely to be seeing the nurse. A Receptionist checked and said I could go straight in as the first Receptionist I saw hadn't checked me in, so the Nurse didn't know I was waiting. When I questioned this I was told it was a computer error. I can't prove whether that was the case, but what I do know is that no-one in the reception team bothered to check, when they could see me sitting there, why I was waiting for all that time. Had I not actually asked, I'd probably still be sitting there. Really, really poor.
