Using the online appointment system is super easy and I always get a text within 10 minutes providing an appointment. The receptionists are friendly & helpful. The doctors & sisters are brilliant. They take the time to listen to you. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure you’re given the best care.

Fantastic surgery made getting an appointment super easy even during lockdown. The receptionists are always helpful and efficient. The Doctors are all amazing, I can’t thank them enough for the care and support they have shown myself and my family. They go above and beyond

I have always found the doctors to be very caring and professional. Compassionate as well as trying to get the best treatment for the patient. It's quite sad to see that the receptionists are being made to seem like "dragons ". They always try their best with people and explain situations to them- the very best they can. If people don't understand what is being said, reask.

I really don't like the appointment form. If one hasn't copied their mobile number the whole process has to be redone. If any information is missed, its one letter with every having to rescroll back to the form section- Grrr

I used the on line system for the first time which was extremely easy to use. I received a response within a couple of hours and had a face to face appointment the same afternoon. The receptionist was very polite and the waiting area immaculately clean and the seating socially distanced. I was referred to a specialist and the appointment was made within 24 hours. Absolutely brilliant service! Thank you so much. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice.

Attended today for my Annual asthma review, seeing Sr Miriam. I would very much like to let the Practise Manager know just how fantastic Miriam ! has been in getting my asthma under control.We have a great relationship built up, and I’ve gone from improving ,to coping with a normal life ,and back to myself in years gone by. She is warm and approachable, and always looking to new ideas. The current combination of meds is working so well, she is so knowledgeable and always up to date. It’s also brilliant that she can do my review of meds and prescribe when needed. Don’t let her leave ,ever!! I think people are to quick to complain and not compliment as necessary.
