I have always found the doctors to be very caring and professional. Compassionate as well as trying to get the best treatment for the patient.
It's quite sad to see that the receptionists are being made to seem like "dragons ". They always try their best with people and explain situations to them- the very best they can. If people don't understand what is being said, reask.
Suggested improvements
I really don't like the appointment form. If one hasn't copied their mobile number the whole process has to be redone.
If any information is missed, its one letter with every having to rescroll back to the form section- Grrr
