Took two weeks to get an appointment with the nurse for a time critically treatment. The magazines in the reception are should be binned if more than a couple of months old.
Don't have dealings with the receptionists now that can book in through system outside, however when in reception can hear all telephone conversations that they have with patients - some are quite personal
