I have always had wonderful experiences with the doctors at this surgery- I feel truly cared for at every appointment. However, I have never had an appointment that was on time. Even when my appointment was one of the first of the day, I have found myself sitting in the waiting room for half an hour before I was called.
The reception staff have always been polite to me personally, but as I have spent quite a lot of time in the waiting room I have heard them speak to other patients in person and on the phone, and I am surprised that there have not been more complaints. The reception staff can be dismissive, short, and on occasion, downright rude.
I'm happy at this surgery as the level of care is second to none, but it is by no means a 'perfect' surgery.
