I don't think they involve you decision about your care. The practice looks okay and seemed reasonably clean. The reception okay but not the most welcoming or friendly.
Appointment access is okay but it's they don't do early morning or evening - they don't cater for people who work. The out hours access is not greatest - they don't answer then phone and it not is a convenient location.
