I do not recommend this GP. I lost my benefits due to lack of medical evidence.

There is a high turn over of doctors so it confusing as the doctors are constantly changing. You have constantly repeat yourself as the doctors don't know you and they don't read your notes. The reception and admin are awful and disorganised. The manager was unhelpful and rude.

The practice can improve by employing permanent staff - I don't like the constant change. In addition, they can improve by getting new reception, admin and manager.

Please do not register with this GP. Please do not let the positive review fool you. I have had a very serious negative outcome as the result the action of Park End Surgery.

I am very dissatisfied with my this GP. I wish they had better children's doctors.

I wish they had doctors who are experiences with babies and young children.

I don't think they involve you decision about your care. The practice looks okay and seemed reasonably clean. The reception okay but not the most welcoming or friendly. Appointment access is okay but it's they don't do early morning or evening - they don't cater for people who work. The out hours access is not greatest - they don't answer then phone and it not is a convenient location.
