Positives - It is generally easy to book an appointment, although you may have to wait.
Negatives - Poor communication and medical advice. The doctors are a mixed bag. Some of the GPs are very blunt and impolite.
Suggested improvements
I think the GP could benefit from learning how to communicate more effectively.
