Rang up to register for my results on the nhs app like i was told to do by the nurse. Asked for the code but told by reception that they do not give out codes for this service. It is my understanding that patients are allowed access to results and their notes and that this is a nation wide service so why are Parishes Bridge denying this access

I have been with Parishes Bridge since it opened and I have never had a bad experience with them The reception staff are wonderful. They are dedicated, efficient, helpful and importantly to me - friendly. I have never been concerned about diagnosis from the Doctors or about the treatment and advice from the nursing staff. We can't all get a same day appointment but the NHS has limited resources so try to be understanding. The are only human like the rest of us after all.

I phoned at 9am, no appointments so was given a phone call appointment between 1pm-3.30pm I double checked our phone number with the receptionist, she seemed concerned when I told her the delicate nature as to why I urgently needed to speak to a Dr, she even told me to call back ASAP if the call was missed by ourselves. 3.30 came and went no calls from the surgery. I called the surgery double checked numbers again and she reassured me a call was coming. 5pm I called the surgery again, the receptionist checked everything and reassured me again a call from the Dr was coming. 6.05pm I called the surgery again, I was reassured AGAIN the dr was calling . It is now 7.25 pm the surgery closed at 6.30 pm and no call. It’s Friday and the surgery doesn’t open again until Monday morning. I’m am so utterly disappointed in the service I have received today, I have been completely let down by this surgery , this surgery has gone from bad to worse over the last few years and this is the final straw,
