I like the way doctors and nurses take their time to explain things to me and make sure that i understand.
I get good and sound advice from them and help with my diet on the whole I am very happy with the service. Yes there is always room for improvement like not having to wait so long when phoning in, the last time I called in I was on the phone for over 16 minutes.
