Nurse Jo is one of the best nurses I've ever had. she takes time for her patients, you feel as if you have had care. Some of your receptionists need to smile and treat us as if we are human and that they care about our well being.
I have always had a good rapore with everyone at Parchmore and would like every one, doctors, nurses and receptionists to smile just a bit more - we need to feel happy in your care.
