This is undoubtedly the worst and poorest surgery that I have ever belonged to unfortunately. If you are considering becoming a patient here have second thoughts as there are plenty in the area in Pontnewydd. I would not recommend this practice to anyone as the staff are ignorant, rude and totally inept. The doctors also leave a lot to be desired as one in particular has the bedside manner of a bull terrier. His answer to any thoughts or suggestions you may have about your health is NO you can't have it, so don';t go to him unless you're terminally ill!
If you're feeling unwell do not go here!
