Not happy with service

I had a appointment to see the diabetic nurse at 4-30 arrived at 4-20 went and booked in at the reception desk, gave my name and said that I have a appointment with the diabetic nurse. The receptionist went to the computer and said ho and take a seat. I was still sat there at 4-45 when the nurse called another lady in which did not have a appointment. I then queried it and the nurse told me that I had not said that I was here.I said yes I did I pointed to the receptionist that signed me in and she didnt deny it ,she did apologise I said that zi should have gone in before the nurse took the lady in .I was then told that I would have to make another appointment I did say don't bother as I was annoyed I am 73 had to get a taxi there and back for nothing .The receptionist needs to be disciplined over this.
