Disappointed and unhappy. First of all I booked in for a consultation and mole removal procedure, I paid the deposit over the phone and all was well I thought. I thought wrong, a day before my appointment I received a phone call saying there has been an error, I had only been booked in for a consultation. This meant re arranging a new day for an appointment, as the dr would not do my consultation and procedure on the same day. I had another dr book me in on another day, meaning I had to book another day off work. I had the procedure done, with very little conversation between myself and the dr, putting me on edge. I had no aftercare advice I was simply given a pot of cream and googled thoroughly the aftercare myself. I paid and left thinking thank god that's over. However I got an email and phone call asking for remaining payment, what more money !? I paid. Apparently I hadn't paid for my mole to be lab tested. I paid and received the results a week later with no feedback from my dr about it. Overall I feel the standard of service was not great for the amount that you are charged. There seems to be no communication between the staff as both my appointment and payment were messed up. The only positive I can say is the place was clean and looked welcoming. However a month later my mole looks to be growing back, the root hasn't been removed properly.
