I came to this clinic recently for a number of appointments. Firstly to see a GP - Dr McCulloch, who was amazing! What a lovely doctor. Ron referred me to have some blood tests done and once the results came back on the same day (wow!) I was advised to see a specialist - Mr Maiti, who again was amazing. Mr Maiti did a more thorough examination, including an ultrasound scan (on the same day as the appointment) and reassured me that everything was ok To be honest all I wanted was peace of mind as when the blood results came back high i was scared. I was told these bloods being high is completely normal and nothing to worry about as the scan confirmed I was ok Each appointment was booked promptly and efficiently. Pricing was reasonable and customer service was excellent (I think Sam and Sara?). I was seen by 3 people within the same week . amazing. It would have taken weeks if not months on the nHS I have not been private before but my brother convinced me after i was so worried. I am so pleased Would recommend Pall Mall and Dr Ron and Mr Maiti to everyone!
