Excellent & efficient service and treatment. My GP was very helpful and I was given the time and opportunity to discuss my mobility issues fully.

On Thursday morning 8th October I made a call to the surgery about acute back pain and within avery short space of time I was called back by the duty doctor (Dr. Brenner). she could not have been more helpful or more receptive and her advice gave me real peace of mind. She prescribed me some strong pain killers and anti inflammatory pills as well as some diazapam, together with a very helpful suggestion of using the Alexander Technique repose, to rest my back (every hour).
Dr. Brenner's kindness and strong guidance to cancel everything for a week and invest the time in healing my back was just what I needed. Unfortunately there was some confusion over the electronic sending of the prescription to our local chemist - and my husband had an abortive trip but but thanks to Sue the receptionist this was all sorted and I was able to get started on the medicine before too long.
My follow up appointment on Friday 9th October, with a young doctor (Dr. Mattin) was equally successful. He was very kindly and efficient and I felt reassured by his suggestion to speed up the process of seeing a specialist by using my Bupa.

Had great service... Nurse was reassuring and cheerful. Made me feel at ease. In the future they need to have more appointments available with more nurses.

From my opinion I think we need more staff also make easier to contact my doctor to make appointment
