The doctor was about half an hour late seeing me but I felt she more than made up for it in her treatment of me

No physical examniation was done and the doctor looked up my condition on Google, not very professional to say the least.

My experience yesterday was exemplary. My appointment was on time, and the doctor (Dr Chopra) was fantastic - kind, efficient and thorough. He even gave me a flu jab when I mentioned I hadn't had one yet this year, saving me another trip to the surgery. My best experience of the surgery so far.
