I have used this surgery for the last few years. All of the doctors have been professional, kind and helpful. The same day call back service is fantastic if you don't know whether or not you need to see a GP urgently. The nurses (especially Sarah) are wonderful and knowledgeable. When I was very ill the doctors were quick to get me the care I needed and the consultants at St Mary's also commented on how excellent they had been.
The only downside is trying to get an appointment. I feel for the reception staff... it's a busy surgery and as with most GP practices there aren't enough hours in the day. I know people complain that they have to wait ages for their appointment, but honestly I think it's because the doctors spend as much time as they need with their patients and don't just boot them out after 10 minutes. Personally I'd rather wait for better care.
