What was good is that I was able to get an appointment the same day after a call back from doctor. What was bad is that Barbara the receptionist did not acknowledge me even though I was standing in front of her. She spoke to another receptionist to ask her when is she going to see me and passed me into surgery who was very helpful. The doctor I saw was a lovely man.
