The service provided by the doctors is good; they are attentive and supportive and obviously, competent. However, trying to get in touch with them is very difficult, a real nightmare I might say: you just have to book a call back, and wait for them to call you back. Don't give a time slot, so they could call at any point in the morning or the afternoon, and it's your loss if you happen to be working, or busy in other way. To make things even worst, when they call don't give time to pick up the phone: 3 rings is the maximum they give you to pick up - if you don't make it, they just hang up and you lose your turn. This is what happened today; then, I called back, only to book a new call back - but then, I later found a missed call from the practice - even if I kept the phone next to me all the time, just to be able to pick up quickly! Very frustrating.

Suggested improvements
Please change the system to get in touch with a doctor, and set specific time-slots, so we know when to expect the call, and we can make ourselves available for it. Give it at least 6 rings, so we have enough time to pick up the phone.
