Dr Toomey - I saw once as an emergency. His patients kills were poor in my opinion - I did not think he was interested in me and he had trouble making a diagnosis. Sent me out of his office while he waited for assistance - saying that he was busy and saw us - One other patients (20 minutes) on the maintenance. Eventually Dr Creme cause and sorted me out beautifully!
