I was seen as an emergency case by Dr Sabba and
She was very professional and caring with a great
Attitude and very supportive.
It would be great if:
* patients could walk in for an Emergency visit.
* patients have home visits when is necessary.
* patients should be informed in writing with any change of Medications.
* patients could have access to the surgery on Weekends.

Dear patient, Many thanks for your feedback. Sadly emergency appointments are scarce and so we allocate them on the basis of clinical need; this is agreed between the doctor and patient during a telephone triage call. We do offer walk-ins to those without a telephone, the very frail and obviously sick on arrival, and patients who don't have the capacity to call for any other medical reason. We always offer home visits if necessary. These are usually reserved for the housebound and/or seriously ill. A doctor can see many patients in the surgery, in the time take to do a home visit. I hope you are always informed about medication changes. This may be true if it's from one brand to another. If this doesn't happen in your case then please ring, and ask the doctor to call you to explain any changes. Although we don't open ourselves at the weekend there are local practices who do. Take a look a the posters in reception, or ask one of the team. You can book appointments there for the evenings or weekends. Kind regards Alison Dalal Practice Manager

The GPs here are fantastic, particularly Dr Milner, Dr Brunner and Dr Rafieizadeh. They take their time with me, are understanding and really show they care about me as an individual.
There’s an online system to book, which is great, but it’s still very difficult to get an appointment. You need to monitor the booking system very closely and jump in when you see a slot, as cancellations happen all the time. It’s a very time consuming process.

Appointments system needs to change.. Extremely difficult to make an appointment same day you phone unless it’s so urgent then a doctor will call you and if you are lucky to be invited to come to the doctor’s surgery your appointment is rushed that you feel you are hurried out. For non-emergency appointments you have to call the surgery at 8am a few minutes after you are in a long queue on the phone or the phone is engaged and if lucky to make one they are scheduled days away and very difficult to get the appointment time you want. Patients will give up after several failures to make an appointment and it may be too late by the time an appointment is offered.
