Receptionists are all well groomed, very stern, no smile, talk very authoritatively. I wish they could be more helpful. Patients like me who go there are either physically sick or mentally ill. They remind me of my primary school principal; or the hospital matrons of the old days. Luckily all the doctors are passionate, friendly and helpful, even the nurses are smiling. I wonder if the receptionist are ex-teachers who are more stressful than the wonderful doctors and nurses.
