I had an appointment which was given to me at shot notice, unfortunately there was a delay in seeing my gp, not his fault hd rather difficult case to deal with, however when my time came he immediately appologiesd for the delay and saw me , and was most helpful and reassuring, this was a great help to me, the practice I go to , their care is exceptional, always polite , professional in all they do.
finally I have the utmost respect for all staff, nurses, doctors, and receptionists at this practice.
