the receptionist who answered the phone on 26th August morning, was very helpful. the phone was answered promptly and my problem with a prescription was solved in a friendly and helpful manner
I had heard of problems of getting through to speak to someone but I certainly did not have a problem.
I would like to add that in my experience this level of service has always been the case so I think I would have been surprised if the service had not been good. i always recommend this practice if anyone is looking for a doctor
on this occassion I cannot think anything good have been done better
